Ever wondered how you can get your doggy to be a little more patient with their snacks? Well, we might have found the pawfect product.

If your dog is anything like mine, they wolf down their treats - sometimes without even chewing them.

So if you're looking for something to slow down their snacking then this new toy from WufWuf might be one for you.

The WufSalad is a stimulation toy that looks a bit like a bowl of salad. The idea is that you hide their favourite treats in the folds of the toy's leaves and your dog spends the next few minutes trying to sniff them out.

When your dog gets really good at it, you can tighten the drawstring to make the game harder.

My dog - who is a Basset Fauve and so very good at scentwork - found this toy a blast but - surprisingly - it wasn't just a case of him finding the treats straight away. The amount of nooks and crannies of this toy means the treats are really hidden well and given its felt material, most of the snacks stay in place even when the toy is moved about.

The WufSalad is currently available in this month's WufWuf subscription box. You can find it here.
