We all know that there’s nothing more dog owners love than sharing lots of adorable snaps of their pets.
Whether that is perfectly-posed selfies with their beloved pooch or the funny (and sometimes naughty) things their dog has been getting up to.
But rather than spamming your family and friends, who may not understand your obsession with your dog, you can now post the photos on a new social space that is completely dedicated to our beautiful four-legged friends.
TeamDogs is one big community of dog lovers. And it runs on recommendations from dog owners.
Have you found a scenic walking spot? Does your dog absolutely adore a particular brand of dog food? Do you know of any dog-friendly cafes? Shout about it!
And maybe you could do with some recommendations yourself. Do you need to find a new vet? Or are you looking for a good dog groomer in your area? Rather than relying on Google, search for recommendations in your area on TeamDogs.
And another function of this exciting new website is Top Dogs. This is the place for you to post pictures of your dog and tell other members a little bit about them and their personality. You know you want to.
So what are you waiting for? Sign up to TeamDogs today and you can get involved in all of the above.
There’s already been some fantastic entries so we thought we’d share some of our favourite TeamDogs' Top Dogs.
Meet Teddy, a seven-year-old King Charles-Yorkie mix breed. His owner has shared a few adorable snaps, but this one was easily our favourite. He looks like he’s living his best life in that pool.

Another dog that is loving life is Cockapoo Bryn, partaking in a spot of sunbathing by the look of it.
His owner said: “Of course, Bryn doesn't have about 76876 beds scattered about the house. So he's FORCED to use a planter filled with dirt. I'm such a bad mother.”
His owner Hannah Jones has been sharing Bryn’s antics as well as her recommendations for vets and crates. She’s also asked for help in solving separation anxiety. Can you offer any advice?

This photo of Nell has really tickled us. And it sounds like she likes a treat or two, although don’t most dogs?
Her owner said: “Nell is an ex-racing greyhound. She can reach speeds of up to 45mph, especially when she hears the fridge open.”

Meet Whiskey, an adorable Yorkshire Terrier who loves nothing more than long walks with his owner James, and his dog walker. He was named Whiskey because his owners used to have a Yorkie named Brandy.
With a refined palate (his dad - James O’Reilly - says fussy), he knows what he likes.
Whiskey’s bio reads: “Hello there! I go by the name of Whisky or sometimes ‘NO!’ depending on how much trouble I fancy getting into with my Dad. My favourite thing to do is what I call ‘boff’, this is when I don’t quite bark, not really a growl but something in between - I like boffing at anything really, from a suspicious twitch of the drying laundry to a sneeze from the neighbour seven doors down…”

A dog that’s itching to be crowned Top Dog is Cockapoo Tommy, so how could we not include him? He looks so cute in this photo! He lives with his owner - Ceri Gould Thomas - and has even been involved in marathon training.
From vets to food to walking spots, his owner Ceri has shared lots of recommendations for other dog owners.

Three-year-old Louis caught our eye just for his cuteness. Just look at him. And he looks tiny.
For those based in London, his mum Alana Anderson has shared her recommendations for walks and vets in the area.

7. Tofu Felindre Lynn-Evans
What a spectacular name that is. Tofu is two-and-a-half and from the rural village of Felindre in South Wales. Living in Brighton with his owner Julie Lynn-Evans, Tofu loves walks on the beach but Julie also recommends Newtimber, Faulking and Saddlescombe Farm.

Meet Rufus, a three-year-old French Bulldog. Look at that face, isn’t he adorable?
For those who live in North Wales, or plan on visiting, his owner Dion Jones has shared a favourite walking spot as well as dog-friendly bars and pubs.

9. Mr Schneebly
Mr Schneebly, an overseas rescue dog from Romania, was given a second chance at life when his owner adopted him from Sadie’s Stray Dog Rescue charity.
His owner said: “We saw some horrific videos of his condition before we decided to adopt him - the best decision we’ve ever made. Follow Sadies on Facebook or they have their own website. Since lockdown, sales of dogs have gone through the roof. Sadies ALWAYS have hundreds of dogs and puppies desperate for stable, loving homes. The usual requirement is for any children in the house to be over the age of seven and there is an adoption fee.”
Richard Morgans, Mr Schneebly’s owner, has shared lots of recommendations for other dog owners including toys, insurance and a surprising dog treat, carrots.
Follow Mr Schneebly here.
Another dog who lives in Brighton is Betty, or as her own jokes, Houdini. Describing her ability to escape a harness as ‘legendary’, owner Julia Mans has found a harness that even Betty can’t get out of. She shares that on TeamDogs as well as places to take your dog for a walk in the area.

(Yes, you can guess how that worked out. Read it here.)
